Perk #1 - Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA)
Virtual office initiative at Petronas ICT enables employees to work away from the office at any convenient location, with more than 250 employees currently on this arrangement. This has increased female participation in top management of Petronas from 16% in 2012 to 24% to date.
